For retail orders we use USPS Priority Mail and you may also pick up at one of our authorized retail outlets. On shipped orders we will add the shipping cost to your final invoice that comes with your coffee shipment. It will not be included in the shopping cart total. Wholesale orders use UPS Ground for shipping. If you're unhappy with our product for any reason, contact us and we'll replace the product or refund your money.
