Orders
We roast retail orders Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Your order will be roasted on the next available roasting day following the date of your order. If you're picking up your order on Salem Rd. (Keegan's) or in Newtown (Main Street Café) it will be available after 2pm. All coffee is WHOLE BEAN only. We believe whole bean is the only way to truly enjoy the benefits of our craft-roasted coffees.
Payment
For retail orders that we ship directly to you we only accept payments by check But with your shipment we include a postage paid, pre-addressed envelope for your convenience. If you're picking up on Salem Rd. or in Newtown you can pay by cash, check or credit card.
Shipping Charges
We're now using Priority Mail for shipping. Charges will vary depending on weight and distance. Packages shipped to the Cincinnati area will range between $4.60 and $7.00. Outside of Cincinnati will be slightly more.
Important note regarding the shopping cart system - It does not add shipping charges to the total. So if we're shipping coffee to you the shipping charges will be added to your final invoice included with the coffee.
