Our Beans….
We roast only premium and specialty grade Arabica beans from all over the world. Our philosophy on sourcing beans is that quality reigns supreme. While we support initiatives like Fair Trade, Organic and Rainforest Alliance, all beans must meet our high standards or they won't come in the door.
Our Packaging….
Unlike many roasters who use cheap paper bags, we use high quality valve bags. These bags allow the carbon dioxide naturally expelled by the beans to exit the bag but do not allow staling oxygen back in. Our bags have resealable zip-locs to keep coffee fresher, longer.
